Ramon comes to the Ox from exotic Winnipeg. He has spent many years in the industry in front of house and management positions. He is passionate about food and wine and is working on his wine certification. Ramon travels extensively and sources out new ideas as our senior mixologist.

Sandy hails from Ottawa, having spent time living in Sacramento California and Toronto before heading to Edmonton. He has nurtured his profession as a waiter for over 20 years. Sandy has a beautiful wife and 2 fireball redheaded daughters. He is mad about music, wine, and the game of golf.
